Welcome...
Finding and choosing the right therapist is an important decision and one that is very personal. Here you will find information about me and my therapeutic practice; my training qualifications, my experience, and also the way that I approach therapy.
About me...
I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist working face-to-face with adults and young people in West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2.
I aim to provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore any issues or difficulties you might be experiencing.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy, the differences being that counselling may be short-term work, focusing on a specific issue and psychotherapy can be longer-term or open-ended; often working on issues and elements of self at greater depth. However, both can offer an opportunity for personal growth and healing.
